MCAD and cyclic vomiting syndrome
My son has cyclic vomiting syndrome and also is a carrier of mcad could there be a link between the two

There have been no studies to suggest this to be the case. Given the frequency of being a carrier (as frequently as 1in 8 depending on your ethnic origin), it\’s most likely just a coincidence. Answered by Dr. Vockley
