Dr. Jerry Vockley, renowned leader in FAOD research, has been Elected To American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Fellows 2021

As the world’s largest scientific society, The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Fellows recognizes individuals, from various disciplines, for their scientific and socially distinguished achievements in the scientific enterprise.

The AAAS Fellows are a cadre of scientists, engineers and innovators, recognized for their achievements from research, teaching, and technology, to administration in academia, industry and government, to excellence in communicating and interpreting science to the public.

This year’s 2021 Fellows class includes our own Dr. Jerry Vockley. He is internationally recognized as a leader in the field of inborn errors of metabolism and fatty acid oxidation disorders (FAOD) research.
