Call for Abstracts INFORM 2019
The INFORM 2019 scientific committee welcomes your abstracts for display and presentation at the 2019 symposium being held in Amsterdam, The Netherland. All abstracts submitted for INFORM 2019 can be posted during the Poster Presentation on Sunday September 1st, 2019. Eight investigators will be selected to present during the symposium and be awarded up to a $2000 travel grant. All others that are interested will have the opportunity to present during a scheduled 10 min time frame at their poster Sunday September 1st at the end of our keynote presentation and during our networking reception.

Email Subject Line – Abstract / INFORM 2019 (along with the title of your abstract ).
Up to 8 Abstracts will be chosen to be presented at INFORM 2019. Recipients will be notified by May 30, 2019.
Junior Investigators will receive first consideration for travel grant awards.
Details will be sent individually to the Travel Grant Recipient on how to BEST make your flight arrangements through the organizations travel agency. If you decide to make your own travel arrangements several documents will need to be submitted to the committee,
(i.e: Tax ID information, Banking deposit numbers, and your flight itinerary and final invoice). You will be reimbursed the amount of the value of the ticket on the day of purchase. Your reimbursement could take several months to receive after the symposiums conclusion.
Two (2) nights hotel accommodations (Saturday August 31st and Sunday September 1st ) will be made for all Travel Grant recipients selected to present at INFORM at the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel/ Center City Amsterdam for INFORM 2019.
